EVENT PLANNING FOR EXTRA CREDIT
Although we might still be able to get the room for the date and time we want (it still hasn't been confirmed yet) according to Jane in the office there's a "major school-wide welcome back event" planned for the 23rd.
Do we want to keep that date anyway or change to the 30th?
Please post your opinion and then well choose a date according to the majority opinion.

I think we should move it...we don't people to have to decide...unless the timing is different and then they can go to both events?

yeah, make it a different date
i agree. what time is the school wide event. if its too close though,even an hour beforehand, i say move it, people will be tired.
We should move it to the 30th. It doesn't pay to compete with another event. But we should make sure the 30th is available as soon as possible.
Hey Alana and Spencer when do you guys want to start working on our portion of the project I’m game when you two are so I think the three of us should talk or something and get started and shoot some ideas out, in my opinion with out us there wont be any people at this event so were kind of important, so I’m ready when you two are just say when.

We definitely should move it and it this point we can't e so picky as to only select a tuesday, but i guess the 30th cud work.

im going to miami for 3 weeks on monday...so this is going to be difficult to coordinate- contact me by personal email n we'll talk so i could give the doc a 0-3 I dont want to give him a # if i don't end up doing anything b-c im in miami and we can't coordinate it all.
